Rajeshwary has spent 8 years in the mental health field, and she has experience handling various cases throughout her journey. She is a licensed and registered counselor with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia (LKM) and MMHA (Mental Health First Aider). She also has experience lecturing in counseling and psychology subjects (with a relevant teaching permit).
Her current therapeutic support is grounded in her motto, “You talk, I’ll listen,” where she is an empathic and congruent listener. Her humor sense adds extra sweetness to the session, as well as her hands-on therapy (assessment) session.
She is also well known for being a guest speaker for NGOs, government bodies, and private sectors in Malaysia and at international events. She was also one of the active mental health helpers during the MCO season in Malaysia (online).
She is also well-trained in self-harm and self-adjustment theory, where she has experience dealing with children and parents (Parenting Styles Approach). Besides, she also enjoys consulting couples in couple therapy with exciting treatment plans.
Rajeshwary is currently a clinical supervisor for mainly more than 5 students per term with degrees and Masters in Counseling, as well as external supervision from outsourced companies while training corporate trainers.
Her passion and enthusiasm in the counseling field have kept her going, making her passionate about her counseling experience lifelong.
