Passion for creating a validating, safe space in an individual’s journey of healing and transformation is at the core of my work. As a queer-affirmative clinical psychologist, her stance is that compassion and humanistic regard is essential for any therapeutic process. Each person’s story, and lived experience deserves the space to see light, to be heard, and validated. This is especially crucial when there is any trauma present.

Through her training and understanding gained from the field of psychology over the past 9 years, she believes that each individual is complex and multifaceted. We can have very different world views and layers to our experiences in life, including personal struggles. This is often where therapy helps, as the therapeutic process facilitates working through specific challenges, and strengthening one’s mental health and wellbeing, while empowering an individual at a deeper level.

Another aspect where therapy helps immensely is when trauma is present, especially when working with the fragmented self. This can be an individual’s experience as a result of traumatic endured. When an individual commits to the therapeutic process, these fragmented parts can be held and safely reintegrated together. This process opens up spaces for me to facilitate deeper healing and recovery of my clients at their own pace. Through a collaborative approach in therapy, she strives to meet each of her client where they are at, and commit to walk alongside them in their mental health journey. Her aim? Facilitating wholesome life experiences for you, wherever you are at right now, every step of the way.
