As the co-founder of Next Chapter, he has spent 9 years immersed in the details of therapeutic support, displaying a natural commitment to improving individuals’ well-being. His previous working experience with other mental health organizations have equipped him with a holistic perspective on operational dynamics and client care needs. Kavilan’s active involvement with the National Anti-Drug Agency underscores his dedication to community health initiatives and collaborative problem-solving.

With a solid educational background comprising a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling, he possesses the theoretical framework and practical skills necessary for effective leadership in mental health services.
