Next Chapter was invited by Bernama TV for an interview on Domestic abuse: Understanding Its Complexities. Our registered counsellor and operations director, Kavilan, shared information on what is domestic violence as well as its prevalence in Malaysia. He shared the methods of abuse that are often used by domestic abusers and the contributing factors to the occurrence of domestic violence. In addition, he provided insightful information on how we can help identify and empower survivors of domestic violence to seek help. We would like to thank Bernama TV for inviting us to speak on this topic.
