An engineer by training, Surabhi spent the first 15 years of her career working in the oil and gas industry. She always held a high level of interest in the areas of energy-based healing and meditation, pursuing courses in these subjects whenever she had the opportunity.

Surabhi is trained in Level 1 Pranic Healing and have completed the Integrative Healing and Energy Mastery course with Linnet Tan. In addition to this, she has studied the Family Constellation Foundation and Facilitator course under the tutelage of Monika Wyss in Kuala Lumpur and certified under the Institut für Systemische Aufstellungen.

She is also trained in the facilitation of Systemic Constellations both in group and private settings. This modality aims at gaining an understanding of the root causes behind a variety of issues such as relationship concerns, anxieties and fears, and subsequently facilitating movement towards healing. She also lead groups and circles in different forms of therapeutic conversations and counselling concepts.

Family/Systemic Constellation is a therapeutic method that was developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. In a Constellation session, the facilitator seeks to determine whether the root cause of a client’s issue lies within their family history with the aim to shed light on hidden family dynamics.

These unrecognized dynamics can potentially span generations, resulting in issues with addiction, anxiety, abundance and relationship problems as well as a whole host of others.

These sessions give clients the opportunity to acknowledge the situation, and where possible, to gain insight and healing
